Are these Samples Royalty Free ?
Only the kits that have royalty free next to the description are royalty free for online beat leasing and small (under 1 million stream) releases. However, once a release has reached over 1 million streams, the loop must be cleared and the royalties / publishing will be split fairly.
What happens If I get A Placement With A Sample ?
If you place a record on a MAJOR LABEL using the sample(s), you will split the publishing with Maserati Sparks & Co-Production credit + fair split on up-front producer fee (where applicable) If you plan to release independently or upload the beat/song to all DSPs, youtube, Soundcloud or any other form of streaming you will still need to clear the sample(s) (CONTACT: [email protected] if this is the case). NO sample clearing hassles at all.
Can I use the kits in any DAW?
Yes! All of my loop kits, drum kits, one shot kits, and midi kits will work in any DAW that accepts MP3, WAV, and MIDI forms
What is the refund policy?

How will I receive my kits after I purchased them?
You’ll be provided with a download link right after purchase. In addition, we send you a confirmation email with your download link so you can download it later if you want.
